Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the bicycle or accessory is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
