Yes, all bicycles purchased through our online store undergo a professional safety check and are delivered 95% assembled. You will only need to straighten the handlebars and attach the pedals.
What is your return policy for sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been ridden outdoors cannot be returned for a full refund.
Do you provide a warranty on bicycle frames?
Every bicycle sold at Ofanim comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Most frames are covered for 5 years, while components typically have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
